45 minutes cooking time.
Ingredients: (plus olive oil, and pepper)
Make pasta first
Cube the meat or cut it however you like, sprinkle olive oil, pepper, and a pinch of salt, mix in bowl before putting it into a pre-heated pan (high heat)
Add chopped onion (or sub any vegetable), cook, and a squeeze of lemon or lime, cook to your preference and set aside
Pancetta and Mushroom – a squeeze of lemon (high heat – 3 minutes)
Add sweet corn (creamy style)
Add Beef and onions/ vegetable – Stir, and taste then add pasta
