Long day, Quick dinner.

15 minutes cooking time – both dishes at the same time.

  1. Ground pork and tofu in garlic sauce:

Ingredients: Oil, minced garlic, ground pork, oyster sauce. Add tofu, more oyster sauce, pepper, a pinch of sugar.


2. Tom yum shrimp

Cold water, sweet onion – Bring water to boil. Add shrimp.

In a separate bowl (serving bowl), mix together squeeze limes, fish sauce, chilli, a pinch of sugar.


Pour soup into serving bowl, stir and taste. garnish with cilantro.


and you have a good dinner, fast but not fast food.
