Japanese Curry at home.
You may find this sauce mix at most Asian Markets near you. I have used this brand for years but there are many different brands out there. All of them have simple direction on the back of the box. Try and see which one you like best.

Here’s mine.
Cut your meat, and vegetable – I usually go with carrots and onion, but any is good. The more tender the meat is the less time you will need to cook it. You can use chicken, pork, or just plain vegetables.
Heat pan, add oil, meat and vegetable. Brown everything, no need to season yet.

Add water – again, I eyeball everything. (If you are following direction on the box. Just do as they say). Bring to boil, taste your meat for tenderness.
Add curry blocks. you may use one or both, there are two in the big box.
Reduce heat to low. Let curry blocks melt a little bit then stir until everything mixed smoothly.

Taste first, then add salt to your liking.
Served over rice. Or noodle, or leftover pasta like I did today.

Enjoy!
