The Thai classic and one of the simplest meals in my book.
10 minutes
Ground Pork, eggs, and mushroom soy sauce or fish sauce. I use mushroom soy sauce seen in picture. You can use salt too. it just wont taste the same but it will come out the same.

This was a medium size pan. If you use a smaller and deeper pan (that I need to replace for the one I tossed last week), and really good heat, here is what your omelette will look like, nice and puffy (I like mine super flat).

Make some steamed white rice and get some chili sauce and you are good to go.

I REALLY want to make this… how did you do it though? What kind of sausage? Is that garlic in your oil?

Hi ltaft925,
Its ground pork, eggs, and soy sauce. Just beat the eggs and ground pork together. Pour oil into pan, heat it up, pour egg into the pan 3 minutes, flip it, wait another 3 min. and its done. Really easy. You should give it a try 🙂

Oh I see where you thought it was garlic. I just drop eggs into oil to taste and see if oil was hot enough… No garlic.
