
Main ingredients:
Ground pork, cilantro, bean vermicelli (soak in water until soft), spring roll pastry, carrots, shrimp, mushroom soy sauce, pepper, and one egg yolk. Use Sweetened chili sauce for dipping.

You can get the mushroom soy sauce and bean vermicelli at any Asian groceries store.


Non stick pan, oil, Ground pork, cilantro, mushroom soy sauce, pepper

Add carrots

Add shrimps when pork is cooked and sauteed together. Turn off heat.


Drain sauce from the filling, as dry as possible.

Drain water from vermicelli and cut them up

Mix the two together


Get egg yolk and spring roll pastry ready

Roll tight and use egg yolk to close it.


Use nonstick or frying pan or a deep fryer if you have one at home
I used medium nonstick pan


Turn spring rolls when brown and crispy
The filling doesnt long to cook so just use your judgement, cut one to see if its all cooked and ready to eat.


You can get this sweetened chili sauce at any Asian groceries, too.
