Cooking: Cabbage and Pork Garlic Sauce

Ingredients: Pork Shoulder, Cabbage, Garlic, Oyster Sauce, Pepper, Sugar, Fried Garlic

Cook time: 10-15 Minutes

1) Heat up oil. Brown garlic. Add pork.
2) Add oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar.
3) Add chopped cabbages. Cut them however you like. And some water. If you like lots of gravy, add more water.
5) Add a little more oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, and fried garlic – to taste.
