
You will need:
1.5 lbs of pork shoulder
2 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of black pepper
Make it:
•Preheat oven to broil.
•Slice pork shoulder into thin slices and add all of the above.
•Line metal pan with foil.
•Broil for 20 minutes or until charred.
