Pencil Craft for Kids

Ready or not, here comes our daily craft idea!

YOU WILL NEED:

Craft Paper (Yellow, pink, black), Glue Stick, Markers, Stamps, or Stickers.

This first day of school craft was a pencil we made with Hudson Montessori School at the Hudson Farmers Market last summer. You can use letter stamps but I opt for vinyl stickers because I have them. They are still using hand-eye coordinations and less mess.

You can simply just have them write their name with marker too.

It is super easy and you can make it a quick craft or use it to teach different lessons along the way (Shapes, colors, number, spelling, handwriting, etc).

We are going to laminate ours and use them as placemats for snacks time. I’ll add the pics here once we get them laminated. Have fun creating your lessons out of this cute little pencil craft!
