I don’t know if I share this already but I never really like curry or spicy until I was pregnant with my son seven years ago. All I wanted to eat was green curry! Since then I have been mastering my curry cooking skills (or I think lol) and still love to adapt recipe from what I have had growing up while keeping the taste authentic :)

A lot has changed from way back when at Sakura in Montrose. But I’m glad they still holds first place for Amaebi in my books (Akron list) 😉

Came up with another recipe for Guanmiao noodles tonight 🥢

Best ribs I have had in a while! Chefs special Asian sticky ribs @thefarmersrail_cfalls is aaaaamazing! Served with pork rind and pickled onion! The honey mustard chicken sandwich and waffle fries were great too!

This stir fry sirloin always seems too simple to be on the menu but it’s one of the best and so easy!

Toss in some shrimp and scallop to Guanmiao noodles from @worldmarket and we instantly have a fancy lunch 😉

Brunch in Cleveland? Add @luckyscafe to your list and spend the afternoon exploring Tremont 🔆 Perhaps you could stay for dinner too! Two of our favorites are @ginkotremont or @bar.oni.izakaya✨

Udon stir fry with eggs, ground beef and scallion. Shark chopsticks are optional. But I was told they made my food tastes better 😆

Not only fresh ingredients matter but the type of pots and pans you cook with make ALL the difference! 😊

If you have nothing against seafood in the box, give this New Way mussels a try. I pick them up when giant eagle stock them ($2 for 7 this week!) and it’s make a good quick meal when I only have 15 minutes to cook and eat 😉 PS. I heat them up in a wok never microwave.
